  Talk about a SCAM. Before you get mislead by the few good comments, keep scrolling to see the large number of 1-star reviews for customer service issues.
  
  I signed up for a one week free trial and called to cancel before the end of my trial. I spoke with an employee who told me I had been cancelled and that I'd likely be hearing from the manager which I told him was fine. Sure enough, the following week I was charged for a membership. When I called to have the charge reversed, I was told there was no record of my phone call and because I had not sent anything in writing, they would not reverse the charge. I would have been happy to send something in writing if the employee told me that's all I needed to do. I was then told my account had been cancelled (over the phone - which is contradictory to the policy they claim they are sticking to).
  
  The next day, I texted the manager David several times and was ignored until I called the studio and asked to speak to him directly. I was met with a very hostile attitude and told that because I am unable to follow procedure, this is my fault. I explained that the only reason that I didn't follow the procedure was because the employee told me it was taken care of. He then started asking to see copies of my phone bill to prove that I even made a phone call to the business that night.
  
  The real kicker though... I told David that I had seen their Yelp reviews and clearly there were issues with customer service. His response was "well, maybe there's an issue with YOU." I could not believe the owner of a small business would treat a customer that way. I've seen other Yelp reviews where he personally attacks customers as well and that's no way to run a young business.
  
  There are SO many studios to choose from in the South Bay. There's absolutely no reason to go to this one!
