  Referred by a smog place. Over the phone, Caesar set up my diagnostic appointment. I asked how much it will cost. He said it's free. I thought, it must require some bit of effort to diagnose something, but it's free, OK great. I was surprised so I repeated it and he affirmed.
  The morning of the appointment, my boyfriend took the car in and now they say it's $177 and Caesar denies ever saying it was free.
