  "It was 8:00 a.m Thanksgiving Day. I noticed that the water didn't drain out of the kitchen sink. Not being able to use water on Thanksgiving morning is not good. I wasn't sure I could get anyone to come out and help on Thanksgiving Day. But, I called Luskin-Clark Service Company and the operator assured me that a technician would be there within the hour.
