  The staff in the pharmacy dept are unknowledgeable & unhelpful. I have had numerous negative experiences just dropping off prescriptions: waiting for the staff to figure out if they have medications in stock, them confusing which policies and rules apply to which medication & insurance, having no information regarding when medications will be restocked, etc.
  Worse of all is the attitude from the pharmacist - primarily the woman who seems to be the one in charge. She is unfriendly & rude, making statements as if blaming the customers for not knowing these draconian rules - of which they themselves are frequently unaware.
