  I went to buy my wife's engagement ring it went Ok. I went to buy my ring and paid for rush service then I got my ring and it had scratches on the rodium and was too big. I told to store associate and they told me it was my fault. I turned my ring in three weeks ago and I still haven't received my ring. I definitely will never buy anything from Zales again.
