  I used to love and recommend this place to everyone when Colleen was the manager and Reggie was the GM - from the moment you walked in and were greeted by a friendly hostess and provided impeccable and attentive service by Holly and a visit from the Master Chef Ramon to say thank you for complimenting his flawlessly seasoned edible works of art to the time you left and were thanked by another hostess as you exited, it was a 5-star experience. But NOT SO MUCH NOW - this new manager Brittany Palensky and GM Brian Meredith clearly have lowered the bar and need to go back and retake their HOSPITALITY and Customer Service courses - they must have barely passed with a D-, ALTHOUGH they clearly received an A+ and must have graduated with honors in being RUDE, CONDESCENDING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST! When I asked about a certain employee, Brian proudly announced in front of other customers "OH _______ HE WAS TERMINATED" - COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I SPEND A DIME IN YOUR 1-STAR RESTAURANT AGAIN.
